Scanpole Oy has agreed with Saint-Gobain S.A. to terminate the agreement under which it was to buy the entire share capital of Saint-Gobain’s English subsidiary Calders & Grandidge Ltd. Scanpole’s completed acquisition of the Irish company PDM Timber Treatment Ltd from Saint-Gobain is not affected by this decision.
